Q: Why am I seeing a message from PayPal telling me "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time - Please return to the merchant" when I try to make a purchase using my credit or debit card via PayPal Guest Checkout?

A: This is a known issue implemented by PayPal's security protocols. In order to complete your purchase online you will need to use a different credit card or login with your PayPal account and then complete your purchase. If you don't have a PayPal account you can sign up for free at www.PayPal.com.  

Alternatively feel free to contact me to arrange payment by direct bank transfer or check. In the meantime I'm working with PayPal and my website provider to resolve the issue.  My apologies for any inconvenience.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will automatically receive an acknowledgement and order number once you have submitted your order via the shopping cart in my store. Turnaround time is typically no more than 15 business days for Fine Art Prints shipped to addresses in the USA. Outside the USA will usually take an additional 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your oder ships. 

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: After your order has been placed you have 24 hours before your order typically goes into production. If you are within this timeline please contact me

Q: Will I receive shipping notification once my order has shipped? 

A: Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

Q: Can I expedite my order? 

A: It's possible in some cases. Please contact me regarding expediting your order and to obtain a quote on any added cost.  

General FAQ

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?

A: All my photographs on offer on this website are selected to print properly for the displayed size options. Please contact me if you are looking for a particular size not offered on the site. The largest size I currently print to is 48 x 96 inches (121.92 x 243.84 cm) subject to the image resolution not being degraded. 

Payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Besides PayPal, I accept American Express, MasterCard, ViSA and Discover via PayPal Guest Checkout.  In some cases you may have to login to your PayPal account to complete your purchase, or create a PayPal account if you don't have one. 

After you have added desired images to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the Shopping Cart icon and click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button to proceed. 

Your online payments on my site are secure. Look for the "Secure https" URL prefix in your Internet browser's address bar to confirm this when actually submitting your payment details and paying for your order. 

I will also accept direct bank transfers and personal checks; however this may delay processing of your order; contact me for details.  

Kindly note that full payment is required before any order is processed and shipped. No refunds except as per my Return Policy
